SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are £2.00 per item as a flat rate. Order 5 or more items or your total order is £30 or more excluding shipping costs and shipping is FREE!!!!

RETURNS

We hope you are completley satisfied with your purchase and it arrived safely, should your product prove to be faulty then please email us with your order number to receive instructions and return number. If the item once received back with us proves to be faulty we will either replace the item or refund your item to you including the postage cost. Should the item not prove to be faulty then no refund will be issued. All faulty items must be notified to us by email within 7  days of the order being placed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
